Apply Kaizen Strategy Daily To Kill Your Competitors

Today I want to talk to you about an idea – no – a philosophy, which if you adopt will make an incredible difference inside your business. You’ve heard of it for sure – but you might not be applying it to your own business with enough intensity.

It’s the Concept of Kaizen.

Kaizen, a Japanese term, also known as continuous improvement, is a long-term approach to work that systematically seeks to achieve small, incremental changes in processes in order to improve efficiency and quality.

The Kaizen Strategy Process:

Fundamentally it’s about never being satisfied with how things are being done – it’s about acknowledging that there are always improvements which can be made, and committing to make them each day.

“The message of the kaizen strategy is that not a single day should by
kind of improvement being made somewhere in the company.”
~ Masaaki Jmai

What can Kaizen be Applied to?

  • our own sales ability
  • your lead capture pages conversion rate
  • increasing the average lifetime value of a customer
  • your recruiting process to find new talent
  • your branding
  • your fulfilment processes
  • your customer service experience

Really, it can be applied to everything. I was implementing Kaizen within my business long before I learned about the term.

It’s something I’ve intuitively always done. I’m never satisfied and believe things can always be done better.

There are so many competitors out there for your business. Many of them are smarter than you, have a lot more natural talent, a lot more natural confidence, and overall just a lot more things going for them.

What will allow you to surpass the vast majority of them in terms of results; is to be focussed on one business, and be committed to making it a little bit better each day.

That’s it. So, make a decision that you’re in this for the long haul mental improvements – and then commit to making incremental improvements each and every day.

If you do that I promise you’ll do well.online-business-strategy-session-banner
